Welcome to Chapter 1, entitled “The Ancient Symbol.”
The universe is governed by obscure forces that humans strive to endure. Melissa, a woman in exile in France, attempts to navigate challenges that extend beyond city borders. One day, fatigued and frustrated by the complexity of her past decisions, she encounters Nahui, a young man whose Aztec name translates to “four” in Nahuatl. He, too, is overwhelmed by the multifaceted challenges of his environment and the people around him.
This raises the question: Will Melissa and Nahui succeed in forging a relationship strong enough to alter the course of events that seem predetermined? Moreover, will they manage to escape the ever-growing danger that surrounds them by uncovering an ancient artifact?
